We are now looking for more employees for the Food & Cleaning Pool, where you will become a flexible resource working at various locations throughout the municipality.

The work is primarily Monday–Friday, 06:00–16:00, but weekend work may occur. You have flexible working hours according to a flex-agreement and must be able to step in at short notice when scheduling varies.

You contribute to ensuring operations run smoothly even when regular staff are absent.

WORK ASSIGNMENTS

As a pool employee, you may work with:

• Varied work locations within food service and/or cleaning
• Tasks adapted to the needs of the operation
• Flexible working hours (weekend work may occur)
• Travel between work locations
• Close collaboration with colleagues in the pool, staffing agency, and on-site teams

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives with variety and change in work

• Is confident in your professional role within food service and/or cleaning
• Has access to a car, as the role involves traveling between different work locations

Salary: Monthly salary.
Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Start date: 2026-09-01.

Workload:
At least 75 % or higher workload. Possibility of lower workload upon agreement.

The employment includes vacation benefits.

Other working time details:
No compensation for extra/overtime or shifted working hours; this is compensated through the pool allowance.
